About Us
Construction Pathways & Investigations is an independent building consultancy specialising in strata and multi-residential properties. Our focus is on identifying root causes and providing clear, factual guidance that supports structured remediation planning and informed decision-making. We support strata managers, owners' corporations, and property stakeholders dealing with building defects, water ingress, compliance concerns, and underperforming buildings across Sydney, Wollongong, the Illawarra region, Greater NSW, the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and Victoria (VIC).
